Coming to Gerber Collision & Glass usually means something has gone wrong with your car, which is never an experience anyone looks forward to. It can be stressful, inconvenient, and leave you wondering what comes next. Thankfully, the team at Gerber makes the entire process feel so much easier. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. They kept me informed throughout the entire process, answered every question with patience, and gave me complete confidence that my car was being taken care of as if it were their own. That level of communication and customer service makes all the difference during an already stressful time. This is not my first time choosing Gerber, and it certainly will not be my last. They have consistently earned my trust through their exceptional work and the way they truly care about their customers. If you are looking for a team that delivers quality, honesty, and outstanding service, I cannot recommend Gerber Collision & Glass enough.

I am writing immediately after receiving excellent service from your College Station shop. I cannot say enough good things about the craftmanship and superior customer service I received. After my car accident I needed body work and there was no question where I would take my car. I followed Matt from his former employer because he had done such a fantastic job of getting my car repaired there after hail damage . He did another excellent job at Gerber. He is personable , thorough and efficient. He explained all the steps along the way and got the repairs done in a timely fashion. The receptionist Amanda was also great. The body work that Gerber provided was top notch. You cannot tell that my car had been hit. Even though it is never good to have to part with your car for body work, Matt, this office and the body work technicians made this task much easier on me. I am grateful for their expertise, care and their efficiency.

SERVICE WAS 10/10! Matt made sure to keep me updated on the progress on my car. When repairs were finished they even gave my car a generous clean!

Had been side swiped while leaving Midnight Yell. Joe Hudson's C.C. is an approved Farmers Insurance business. I delivered my car to them after having a hard time contacting the Farmers Agent I thought this process was gonna turn into a fiasco, but Joe Judson's made this event a pleasant one. After dropping off the car, I was texted every step of the way, with the option to "Stop" if I didn't want to be bothered. I was estimated a time of completion from the beginning. They nailed it! They kept me informed the whole way with every step of getting ahead and awaiting parts and there were no surprises. This was about as clean of a process as it could possibly get. Good customer service, good updates and clean work! Bravo Joe Hudson's C.C. Thank You!
